BOOK & NOTES

Made for the 10th anniversary of Lounge Bohemia (and my own 40th ‘anniversary of life’) the book is shot by the incredible photographer David Turecky and documents 40 of my cocktails. There is a sequence of four photos for each cocktail, the first three showing ingredients, texture or method of preparation, and the fourth is the final product as presented in Lounge Bohemia.  

Offset printed and bound by hand. Each of the 40 copies has a hidden compartment with hand written notes and sketches for all the cocktails. I created the book to give to those who have supported or inspired me, and there is a personalised note to each owner on the inside cover.
