ALL ABOARD

2020 brought lots of restrictions including travel – so to bring a sea holiday to landlocked Prague we teamed up with boat Arwen to deliver a 6 course tasting menu inspired by the sea to 10 lucky passengers.

• foie gras infused cognac served in duck leg

• Raspberry eau de vie caviar
