BAFTA

The British Academy of Film and Television Arts (BAFTA) asked me to create a cocktail experience for the official afterparty of the EE British Academy Film Awards in 2017.

I created a concept based on a Victorian glasshouse, where carnivorous pitcher plants filled with my ‘feed me’ cocktail were cut off by bartenders dressed as gardeners and served to guests.

Cocktail served:  

• Szechuan pepper infused vodka with elderflower liqueur and cordial, with fresh lemon to enhance the floral notes.
